Volunteers needed for January horse show

In an effort to streamline and simplify the sign up process for volunteers, we will be using Sign Up Genius. Its a very simple process you click the link below, sign up for as many slots as you want 😉, complete the section with your information & that's it.  Sign up genius will send an automated reminder closer to the event date.

We then will need to have EVERY volunteer cleared prior to the show with the 4-H office and they will be ran through the National Sex Offender Database. This means we cannot have any on site/sign ups!

If you have any questions, or need help, please feel free to reach out to me at: pinalcounty4hhorse@gmail.com. Please use "Volunteer" in the subject line.

Here is the link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D4FA5AE22ABFFC70-january

And as a friendly reminder, our rules suggest that a family member or exhibitor must volunteer at every show and in each discipline the member is participating in.

Please encourage all to sign up sooner than later, so we can be prepared. Thank you all for working together as we make this transition!
