It’s
been requested by the owners of the Rockin-A ranch that those participants
hauling in trailers exercise care, consideration, and courtesy to the other
haulers tomorrow night.
For
some, it’s not their first time at this facility, for others, it’s their first.
TRAILER PARKING IS VERY TIGHT here,
especially for those with longer rigs.
In
order for everyone that needs to get to Buckeye immediately afterwards, it is
important that we do not block the means of egress for anyone.
Please
refer to the attached image.
There
is only one exit & entry for this site, at the north end of the property
along Grapefruit Dr.
Please
enter and take the first right past the barn, then proceed counterclockwise
around the stored trailers in the center of the yard.
Go as
far clockwise as you can before settling on a position for the evening.
Following
drivers, please give the driver ahead room to maneuver if necessary.
Do not
park north of or block access to the alley between the barns on the east side
of the drive south of the hot walker.
Do not
park trailers in the clouded areas as those are for administrators, volunteers,
and boarding tenants.
Do not
obstruct access to the residence at the far north end of the property.
All
spectators are asked to park along Grapefruit Drive and walk in, as seating is
limited as well.
Parallel
park on the edges of the drive where possible, or along the perimeter fence
along the west side.
Shorter
rigs can back up against the south fence where available.
There
will be assistants on site to help with parking.
Please
be patient and always afford the driver(s) behind you the ability to exit the
site if they need to.
Thank
you in advance for your cooperation and let’s have a great sorting show for
these kids who’ve worked very hard and waited all summer for this opportunity.
