Committee members needed
Are you interested in being elected on the horse advisory committee this fall?
We will have the following positions up for elections:
Officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Member at Large, Back-up Member at large whose vote only is used if Member at large is not present, and a minimum of 2 Youth Representative(s) -Offices may be held by adults or youth members of the committee.
Be sure to submit the committee member application to the 4-H office by June 30th to be able to be on the ballot at the annual meeting. In addition, our rules do state that committee members are to be certified leaders or in the process of certification. If you need assistance with getting the certified leader process started please let us know.
Youth members are also required to fill out the committee member application if they desire to run for the youth rep positions.

Greetings all,
Ever wondered why things in 4-H happen the way they do? Ever wanted to share your ideas for making something better? Well now is the time to stop wondering!
Adult and youth committee members are needed to start planning our programming for the 2019-20 4-H year. Attached is an application for ADULTS and YOUTH to sign up to be a part of making it all happen. Please fill it out and return it to me by June 30th (the sooner the better) so we can get the ball rolling!

Record book due date
If you qualified for the state horse show keep in mind this is a requirement.

Greetings all,
A reminder about record books if you are interested in attending 4-H Congress (see below). Please have the books to me by May 28th so I can make sure they get to Tucson by the deadline.
IF you are not interested in attending 4-H Congress, but still need to turn in a record book…
Pinal County Record Books are due Friday July 19th by 5:00 pm to our office.
