Greetings all,

Ever wondered why things in 4-H happen the way they do?  Ever wanted to share your ideas for making something better?  Well now is the time to stop wondering! 

                Adult and youth committee members are needed to start planning our programming for the 2019-20 4-H year.  Attached is an application for ADULTS and YOUTH to sign up to be a part of making it all happen.  Please fill it out and return it to me by June 30^th (the sooner the better) so we can get the ball rolling!

Invitation to the 4th Horse Show

Invite for our 4th and FINAL Horse Show of the 2018-2019 year!  

2018-2019 Pinal County 4-H Horse Show #4 

When:                         Saturday, April 6, 2019

Where:                       Apache Junction Rodeo Grounds , 1590 E. Lost Dutchman Blvd. Apache                                            Junction, Arizona                   

Registration:              8am- 8:30am  

Show Start:                9am 

  

REMINDER:  Mandatory helmet policy for all 4-H members anytime while on the back of a horse on the property. Per Pinal County, this policy is effective immediately. These must be approved horse helmets, bicycle helmets are not allowed.  

Pre-Registration Due: Friday, March 22, 2019 to 4-H office by 5pm via email (mmelende@cals.arizona.edu)

Horse Show Fees: 

• $15 - per discipline ( english, western, gymkhana).  
• $15 - late fee for onsite registration 
• $15 - arena fee per exhibitor

Sponsorship Packets —  Each Pinal County member is required to obtain $150 in sponsorship to qualify for year end awards/buckles.   THIS IS THE FINAL SHOW TO TURN IN FUNDS.

• Donation/Sponsorship Packet

• Submit forms to:  Sponsorship forms are to be sent to Michelle @ email (pinalcounty4hhorse@gmail.com)

Sponsorship Due:  Sponsor Ad's that you'd like in the fourth horse show program need to have artwork emailed to pinalcounty4hhorse@gmail.com by April 1st.No extenstions. You may submit funds at the show.
                       

To continue our success, we want to remind all families that 4-H is run by all families and your help is required at every show.
