Invitation to the 4th Horse Show

Invite for our 4th and FINAL Horse Show of the 2018-2019 year!  

2018-2019 Pinal County 4-H Horse Show #4 

When:                         Saturday, April 6, 2019

Where:                       Apache Junction Rodeo Grounds , 1590 E. Lost Dutchman Blvd. Apache                                            Junction, Arizona                   

Registration:              8am- 8:30am  

Show Start:                9am 

  

REMINDER:  Mandatory helmet policy for all 4-H members anytime while on the back of a horse on the property. Per Pinal County, this policy is effective immediately. These must be approved horse helmets, bicycle helmets are not allowed.  

Pre-Registration Due: Friday, March 22, 2019 to 4-H office by 5pm via email (mmelende@cals.arizona.edu)

Horse Show Fees: 

• $15 - per discipline ( english, western, gymkhana).  
• $15 - late fee for onsite registration 
• $15 - arena fee per exhibitor

Sponsorship Packets —  Each Pinal County member is required to obtain $150 in sponsorship to qualify for year end awards/buckles.   THIS IS THE FINAL SHOW TO TURN IN FUNDS.

• Donation/Sponsorship Packet

• Submit forms to:  Sponsorship forms are to be sent to Michelle @ email (pinalcounty4hhorse@gmail.com)

Sponsorship Due:  Sponsor Ad's that you'd like in the fourth horse show program need to have artwork emailed to pinalcounty4hhorse@gmail.com by April 1st.No extenstions. You may submit funds at the show.
                       

To continue our success, we want to remind all families that 4-H is run by all families and your help is required at every show.

FEBRUARY PATTERNS

Horse Show Registration Deadline is FRIDAY

Have you emailed in your horse registration form for the show on FEBRUARY 16th?

The deadline to do so is FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1st by 5pm to the 4-H office! 

Horse Skill-a-thon Resources

When: February 16, 2019

Where: Pinal County Cowboy Church Arena- During our 3rd horse show

              18171 W Hopi Dr, Casa Grande, AZ 85122

This horse skill-a-thon is open to all current junior and senior horse and horseless project members. Come on out and have some fun and test your horse knowledge.

3rd Pinal County Horse Show and Horse Skill-a-thon Invitation

Here is the official invite for our 3rd Horse Show of the 2018-2019 year!  

2018-2019 Pinal County 4-H Horse Show #3 and horse skillathon!

When:                         Saturday, February 16, 2019

Where:                       Pinal County Cowboy Church Arena, 18171 W. Hopi Drive, Casa Grande,                                       AZ   85122                                                    

Sat Schedule:             English (no jumping) 9 AM, Western(no roping events), Gymkhana                    

Registration:              8am- 8:30am  

Show Start:                9am Morning Meeting, followed by English events

Senior Advanced go first, followed by Junior Advanced, Intermediates and finally Beginners. That way the Beginners can watch and learn from the more experienced members.

Horse Skillathon - Open to all horse and horseless project members enrolled in Pinal County 4-H.
                                 Come participate in our horse skillathon at this show. Resource guides will be                                           sent out via email late next week. 
                                 Winners will be presented with a buckle at our end of year awards day.
